  1. You need 3 tsp Ragi Powder
  2. Take 1 pinch salt
  3. Use 2 tsp sugar
  4. Get 1 cup milk
  5. Prepare 3 cup water
Steps to make Ragi Porridge:
  1. Pour Ragi powder and water in a bowl, mix it well
  2. Cover it and rest for 30 mins.
  3. Heat a Kadhai and pour the ragi mixture, stir it continiously to avoid forming lumps
  4. Add sugar, salt and,milk & stir contiously until a thick consistency forms on a low flame
  5. Turn off the flame and transfer in a bowl, let it cool
  6. Keep in room temperature for whole night
  7. Next Morning serve it with fresh curd.
