  8. Add caramelized sugar in hot milk mixture and mix well.
  9. Cook on low flame stir Continually. Cook until the consistency is creamy,not to thick switch off the flame.
  10. Slightly grease the butter paper and spread some caramelized sugar with a wooden spoon.(No need to worry about any shape and design.)
  11. Add the Rabri Kheer in the bowl.(I used mitti ky bowl) garnish with pistachio and caramel pieces made in the step 10 above. Serve chilled.
