  4. Phr namak,laal mirch,pisa zeera,aloo,aur half cup pani dal ke mix kar lain aur phr dhak ke medium aanch py pakny dain.
  5. 15-20 minutes ke bd check krain agr pani zyada kum ho jaye tou thoda add kar dain agr zarorat ho.Har thodi dair bd check karain.Phir fresh dhaniya chirakh ke dhak dain aur 5-10 pakny dain.Jab tail uper ajaye tou choolha band kar dain.
  6. Salan ab tayar hai.
