- When the mixture cools down then make small balls or the mixture and keep aside
- On another side take bread slices and dip it in a water then squeeze out all the water and keep the potatoes mixture ball in between the bread slices and cover the ball neatly with the slices and make fine bread balls and keep aside
- Then take oil in a fry pan when the oil get heated deep fry all the bread ball till golden brown and take out the balls in a plate. Then bread bonda is ready to serve with chutney…
