  1. In a bowl add mashed potatoes in thi add shenda salt, green chilli, chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp, black pepper and mix it well. Now add dry roasted kuttu ka atta and mix it well.
  2. For curd in a bowl whisk curd add sugar and shenda salt. And whisk it.
  3. For tomato sauce - Heat mustard oil in a wok add jeera and cumin seed in it. Now add red chilli sabat and tomatoes chopped in it.Let it cook for 2 mins. Now add shenda salt.l, red chili powder, dry mango powder and gud in it. Add little water cover it and boil it for 5 to 10 mins. After that switch off the gas and shift it in the blender and make sauce.
  4. For tikkies heat a pan add desi ghee on it make tikki shape balls of potato mixture and shallow fry it in a pan from both side.Our tikkies are ready.
  5. For plating put tikki in a plat add curd on it then tomato sauce. Grated radish, pomegranate and vrat navratan mixture. You can also add green pudina chutney on it too.
