- Firstly, in a large bowl soak 1 cup moong dal and 1/4 cup chana dal for 4 hours.
- Now drain off the water and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the dal to the blender and add 1 inch ginger 2-3 green chilli and cumin.
- Blend to smooth paste adding water only if required.
- Transfer the batter to the large mixing bowl.
- Beat and mix well until the batter turns frothy.
- Now add pinch of hind and salt to taste.
- Now dip your hand in the water, and start dropping them one by one to hot oil.
- Keep the flame in lower to medium stir occasionally. also,fry the ram ladoo till they turn golden brown.
- Remove the ram ladoo on the plate.
- Now take a mixture jar and add chopped tomato, green chilli, garlic, coriander leaves, salt and blend to smooth paste.
- Green chutney is ready.
- Now mix radish, green coriander and salt together our salad is ready.
- Our ram ladoo is ready for serve.
- Now take a serving plate and serve ram ladoo with radish salad and green chutney.
