- Now prepare Sambhar. First mix boiled dal then take a pan add oil/ ghee add mustard seeds saute garlic, onion and tomato add ginger chilli paste and sambhar masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder salt, drum stick and saute. Now add in mix dal then boil for 10 mins it's ready now.
- Now heat the tava pour the dosa batter and make a design of cookpad symbol then add stuffing salad for border now put the dosa in serving plate and inner side pour coconut chutney, then serve with hot sambhar.
