Make learning about meals pleasure.

Taking some of the mystery from where foods come from can work wonders for some selective eaters. Plant a vegetable garden as a family project and set your kid responsible for watering and picking the ripe vegetables. Kids who are involved are more likely to be a willing participant during the ingestion procedure.
