The ingredients needed to make Achari Paneer Muter:
  1. Provide 250 gm Paneer
  2. Provide 1 bowl mutter/peas
  3. You need 2 onions crushed
  4. Get 2 tomatoes crushed
  5. Use 1 green chilli crushed
  6. Get 1 inch ginger crushed
  7. Get 4 garlic cloves crushed
  8. Use 1/2 onion finely chopped
  9. Provide 1/2 tomato finely chopped
  10. Provide 1 green chilli finely chopped
  11. Get as needed coriander leaves finely chopped
  12. Provide 1 tsp oil for tadaka
  13. Prepare 1 tsp butter for 1st time tadaka
  14. Provide 1 tsp butter for 2nd time tadaka
  15. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  16. Provide to taste Salt
  17. Prepare 2 tsp coriander powder
  18. Provide 1 tsp turmeric powder
  19. Use 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  20. Provide 1 tsp achar masala
  21. Take as needed Water for gravy
  22. Prepare 1 bowl Water for paneer marinate
  23. Use 1 tsp Salt for paneer marination
  24. Use 1/4 tsp turmeric for paneer marination
Instructions to make Achari Paneer Muter:
  1. In a bowl take water, add salt and haldi powder and mix well. Now add paneer pieces in cube shape and size to it and let it marinate for 15 / 20 minutes.
  2. Now in deep pan put 1 tspoon oil,to it add 1 tspoon butter too.
  3. Let it heat a little,now add onion and garlic mix crushed puree to it. Saute it till it leaves aroma and colour changes to dark pink.
  4. Once the gravy is nicely cooked,add tomato puree to it. Saute the puree till it's water content evaporates.
  5. Now add salt,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,dhaniya powder,kitchen king masala and mix well and let it cook till it leaves the pan edges.
  6. Now separately in another small tadaka pan,add 1 tspoon butter,let it heat little then add finely chopped onions and fry till pink,now add finely chopped tomatoes and green chilli. Saute for 1 minute max and add it to the main gravy.
  7. Now mix everything and saute little,then add paneer and mutter to the gravy. Mix well.
  8. Let all the masalas nicely coat them and cook for 3/4 minutes. Now add water as required and let it cook on medium flame. Inbetween keep stiring.
  9. Once the sabji is done,place in serving bowl and garnish it with handful of dhaniya patta.
  10. Now in small tadaka pan add 1 tspoon butter and once little hot add achar masala and immediately switch off the fĺame.
  11. Now add achari tadaka to the Paneer sabji.
  12. Serve Achari Paneer Mutter with hot parathas.
