- Then add boneless chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add Black pepper, White pepper, Chicken powder, Red chilli powder, Salt, Paprika powder, Vinegar, Red chilli sauce,
- Black soya sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Water and mix it.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Afterward add red chilli whole, capsicum, onion, tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes and add chicken stock, and corn flour mixed with water.
- Now cook for 5-6 minutes. Cover it to cook.
- Chicken Shashlik is ready. Serve with Chinese fried rice.
