- Making Basket==
- Mix all Basket ingredients and make a soft dough with lukewarm water and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Roll the half Maida dough with rolling pin and make a thin long rectangular type chapati.
- Cut long thin strips from chapati.
- Now take greased bowl and set strips like basket….
- And cover the totally bowl with streps. Paste the strips with water where they crossed to each.
- Make three long streps and twist them like a girl's hair choti. And paste on upper part of katori and
- Fry into hot oil on low flame. Till become golden brown and crispy.

- Soak moong dal for 2 hrs
- Drain all water and grind into mixture and make a fine paste.
- Now whip it for 10 minutes with spoon it become fluffy

- Heat oil into the kadai and drop vadas with spoon into hot oil and fry till they become golden. On medium flame.
