  4. Tambahkan pentol bakso dan lembaran daun jeruk atau salam. Aduk-aduk lagi. Tambahkan air atau santan. Tambahkan gula garam dan penyedap.
  5. Setelah mendidih masukan potongan kulit buah naga. Masak sampai layu. Kalau masih kres dimakan masih langur ya, jadi pastikan sampai benar-benar layu. Test rasa. Angkat dan matikan kompor.
  6. Sajikan panas-panas dengan nasi hangat dan kerupuk Bandung, jangan lupa taburi bawang merah goreng biar tambah sedap.
