- Take For making paste
- You need 2 tbsp maida

- Take 1/4 tsp eno + 1/4 tbsp milk
- Prepare Milk + butter wash
- Take For pattice
- Use 1 cup boiled rajma
- Use 2 boiled potatoes
- Use 1 chopped onion
- Provide leaves Few chopped coriander
- Provide 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- Provide 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Provide 1/2 tsp chat masala powder
- Take As needed salt
- Provide 2 tsp rice flour
- You need Oil for frying
- Provide Sliced oinion, tomato and cucumber
- You need As needed ketchup and mayonnaise
Instructions to make Burger:
- In a nonstick pan add maida and milk and in a low flame cook till it forms a thick paste once done let it cool
- In a mixing bowl sift maida, milk powder, sugar powder, salt mix well add eno, curd mix well then add the mixture if it has cooled down mix well add lukewarm water as needed than form a dough knead gor atleast 7min meanwhile keep adding oil and butter once it stops sticking to your hands it's ready
- Keep aside for 10min then make balls and place in round cutter or make round shape using foil paper and place in centre brush with milk and butter mixture
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 25 to 30min in middle rack both rods on.. once buns are done let it cool before cutting
- For pattice mix all ingredients mentioned prepare kebabs of it and shallow fry it.. then take a bun cut in centre place sauce of your choice pattice, cucumber, tomato and onions and cover with bun place a tooth pick and it's ready to relish..
