- Get 4 burger buns
- Provide 1 tbsp oil
- Provide 4 tbsp melted butter for brushing
- You need 1 tbsp oil For topping:-

- Use 1/4 cup tomato finely chopped

- You need 3 cube grated processed cheese
- Take 1/4 cup For salsa:- onion finely chopped
- Provide 1/2 cup tomatoes finely chopped
- Prepare 2 tbsp finely chopped corianer
- You need 1 tsp green chilli finely chopped
- Provide 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Use to taste Salt
- You need as needed Grated cheese
Steps to make Mexican open bun:
- Cut each burger buns horizontally into 2 equal halves and scoop out the centers of each bread bun halve.
- Brush each halve 1 tsp of melted butter
- Arrange the bread halves on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ (400°f) for 10 minutes. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a broad non stick pan add the garlic, onions, green chilli and saute for 1 minute on a medium flame.
- Add the tomato and chilli powder and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes
- Add the boiled rajma, spring onion, coriander, tomato ketchup and 2 tsp water and salt mix well.
- And cook on a medium flame for 1 minutes while mashing it with the masher.
- Combine all ingredients of salsa and mix it.
- Place all the baked burger buns on a clean dry surface put a portions of the rajma filling over each bun.
- Top with carrot, cabbage, and salsa.
- At the top with grated cheese over each bun.
- Grilled until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately with sauce, salsa ya dip.
