Oya, perlu hati2 waktu menekan plastiknya iangan terlalu kuat nanti jebol plastiknya hehe..
- Setelah kukusan panas. Adonan siap dimasukkan. Kukus selama 10-20 menit tergantung besar kecil dan ketebalan Putu Mayang yang dibentuk. Jangan lupa balut tutup kukusan dengan lap bersih.
- Ini penampakan Putu Mayang yang sudah matang, siap diangkat dari kukusan. Satu resep ini bisa jadi 2x loyang. Untuk ukuran seperti punya saya ya
