    1. To make cabbage capsicum subji, take oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds to splutter. After that add turmeric. Then add capsicum and cabbage to it. Saute for 5-7 minutes. Add salt, chilli, coriander seeds, sugar and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve in a plate
    1. To make spinach puri, take wheat flour in a bowl. Add spinach puree, salt, oil and make dough. Now make Puri and deep fry.
    1. To make masala rotla, take sorghum flour in a bowl. Prepare the dough by adding green garlic and green chilli and ginger paste and salt. Now make rotla and bake both sides on tawa.
    1. To make the matha, mix all the ingredients for the matha and add water as needed and churn it with blender.
