- Wash goat meat pieces n keep aside.
- Take a pressure cooker.. Heat on fire.. Pour oil.. Let it heat.. Add Cardamom, Clove, cinnamon n Bay leaf.. Saute it for two minutes..
- Add chopped onion.. Saute it till transparent.. Now add Goat meat pieces.. Add all remaining ingredients..except potatoes… Mix well.. Keep flame medium. For ten minutes.. Stir continuously.
- Now do flame low n keep the lid.. Don't keep whistle. Cook in low flame till all meat pieces start to release oil.
- Meanwhile peel the potatoes and cut into half.. Wash it n fry it in another pan till lil brown.
- When meat starts to release oil add potatoes.. Mix well.. Add water as u need gravy bt potatoes and meat should be dip in water.
- Close the lid.. Keep whistle on the lid.. Give two whistle..
- Keep it for cooling.. Now open the lid.. If gravy is thin then cook more to thick gravy bt take out potatoes then cook..
- Now its done fully add potatoes again.. Serve with steamed rice or Indian flat bread.
