  5. Put the batter to the grease tin. Tap it twice.
  6. Put the tin in the pre steam cooker. Cover the cooker. Take out the whistle. Steam it for 10 min on high flame
  7. Check it with knife. If clear switch off the flame. If not steam for again 5 minute
  8. Your dhokla is ready. Let it be cool for 10 minute. It will come out nicely
  9. Prepare tadka with oil, black mustard seed, kaddi patta and green chilli
