  4. Make small size ball. Tuck it and roll smooth and place them on the greased tray. Now put milk with the help of brush. Now cover and rest them for 20 minutes. Again raises in a Perfect size. Preheat the oven. Now put this tray in a oven & bake them @180c for 20 minutes.
  5. Take them out and cover them with the wet cloth for 10-15 mins. Now remove the cloth and apply some butter on top of them. Now the Pav are ready to eat. Enjoy
