The ingredients needed to cook Mini Dosa:
  1. Provide 1 cup Urad dal
  2. Use 1 cup Poha
  3. Provide 3 cups Semolina
  4. You need 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds

  7. Use 50 ml Cooking oil
  8. Use 1 cup Curry leaves
  9. Prepare 2 cups Cherry tomatoes sliced
  10. Get 1 cup Chutney podi
  11. Take 2 tsp Ghee
Instructions to make Mini Dosa:
  1. Soak urad dal with fenu greek seeds in water atleast for 4 hours. Drain the water, using fresh water grinde to paste along with poha. Mix the urad dal paste with semolina and allow it to ferment for six hours.
  2. Add salt to dosa batter. Heat the dosa pan, grease oil, put mini round dosas with spreading batter on tawa. Put tomato slices and curry leaves on mini dosas.
  3. Flip and bake on both sides on sim heat. Mini dosas are ready, enjoy with chutney podi and ghee.
