  1. Mix the Oats Flour, Suji, Salts, Curd and Water as required to make a runny batter of pouring consistency. Allow it rest for 5 mins.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan or Dosa tava. Grease it lightly with oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the ready batter, spread into a circle. Cook on medium-high heat
  4. After 30-40 seconds, sprinkle some gunpowder, chilli powder & extra salt on top. This is optional.
  5. Flip and turn after 1-2 mins. Cook from both sides until golden brown and crisp.
