  3. Prepare 8-9 Garlic Cloves

  7. You need 1 tsp Jeera

  11. Take 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  12. Use 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  13. Take 3-4 Sliced Onion

  16. Use 2-3 tbsp Oil

Instructions to make Kolhapuri Mutton:
  1. Cook Mutton with Water, turmeric and salt. Seperate pieces and stock.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Add jeera, Mustard seeds, hing and Curry Leaves in it. Once all get fried add onion and cook it until it become golden brown.
  3. Till onions are getting fried, in mixer jar pour dry coconut slices, coriander, ginger garlic, green chilli and roughly grind it. Don't grind it in fine paste.
  4. As onions got golden brown colour add our coconut mixture in it with all other dry spices powder. Saute it and wait till all get nicely roasted.
  5. Add mutton pieces in it with half cup of mutton stock. Stock will help us to incorporate all flavours together. Add more if you want more curry. Add salt and lid it up for 10mins.
  6. Once mutton curry gets ready garnish it with coriander and serve it with bhakri. You can make pandhara rassa with remaining stock.
