  3. Heat oil, crackle mustard seed, hing, curry leaves and dry red chilli. Mix it. Now add the onions. Add tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 mins. Add chopped ladyfinger, mix well, add water and cook. Then add the boiled veggies.
