Knead and roll each dough and flatten little and keep in greased mould. Keep this mould covered with a damp cloth in an warm place again for second proofing for an hour.
  4. After an hour, the balls will rise up and gets double in size. Brush the balls with milk and bake in an preheated oven for 25 to 30 mins on 180 degrees centigrade.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately brush pav with butter. Cover with damp cloth and keep aside for 10 mins.
  6. Remove pav from mould and cover it with damp cloth and keep aside to cool down completely.
  7. Enjoy with bhaji or wada or misal or butter, which ever way you like.
