- Provide 1 cup besan
- Prepare 1 kg yoghurt

- Get 1 ts garlic and ginger paste

Steps to make Curry Pakora:
- Take one kg yoghurt
- Now add yoghurt, besan in blender
- Add salt and mix masala
- Add 1 glass water, blend the mixture untill everthing is mixed completely
- Now pour this mixture in a large pot, add 1 litr of water and mix completely, cook it on high flame untill it boil and bubbles comes out, keep strring while cooking.
- Now take a pan, heat oil, add g.g paste, onions and fry it until tender, now add tomatoes and cook it untill it gets soft. Add water if required add little spices
- Now pour masala paste in yoghurt mixture and cook on low flame untill thickens
- Heat oil in a same pan, in which bhi prepare masala mixture, add red chilli powder and garam masala and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour this tarka on curry.
