  1. Boil Masoor Dal until it is cooked. Mix boiled potatoes into the Dal and mash them well.
  2. Put salt, pepper, Lal Mirch, Saunf, Ginger Garlic paste, and Oil. Mix them well.
  3. Put Besan and mix it well. Put Breadcrumbs slowly until the mixture is thick enough to bind them.
  4. Grind almonds and cashews. Now take the mixture in your hands, flatten it and put some dry fruits and make it into small balls. Now roll it in Suji and fry them until golden brown.
  5. For gravy - Put oil in a pan, when oil is hot, put jeera and ginger garlic paste. Cook them until it stops flattering.
  6. Put sliced onion into it and cook until brown. Put Lal mirch and after that put tomato paste and then all dry masala. Cook until it leaves oil.
  7. Put cashew paste and water as required for the gravy.
  8. In the last put some cream. When it is cooked put the balls into the gravy. Garnish it with some cream.
