- You need 2 cups maida
- Provide Half cup ghee
- Take Half cup oil
- Use as per taste Salt
- Provide as required Oil for deep frying
- Provide 2 tbsp ghee
- Prepare 2 tbsp rice flour
- You need As per taste Powdered sugar

- Take a vessel add maida. Now take other pan add ghee and oil turn on flame.
- Once it gets heat completely pour above the flour and mix it with spoon.
- Now add little salt and knead dough adding water. Knead dough soft like puri.
- Keep the dough for 5 minutes. Take a bowl add 2 tbsp ghee and 2 tbsp rice flour and make a thick paste and fluffy called (satta).
- Now make a big roti. Make a ball and roll up to five roti. Take 1 roti on above spread satta paste.on above paste place other roti like this do layering of 5 roti and roll it
- After rolling it up properly press it on all sides so that paste stick up properly. Now cut into small sizes. Now take a small size dough and roll puri softly
- Take a pan add oil for deep frying. Place khajja Puri and deep fry in medium flame till golden brown
- Once it gets fry on both sides.take out on kitchen plate dust sugar powder and sprinkle cardamom powder on it. When it is hot…
- So here Verki Puri.. khajja Puri is ready to serve
- I have kept half of the puri without dusting sugar powder. And half dusted with sugar… Both tastes delicious and soft
