- Shallow fry it
- Give tadka in oil with seeds, dry chilli and curry leaves
- Make puree of onion, tomato, garlic, coconut and peanuts, add it in tadka with turmeric
- Add remaining spices, salt and coriander chopped
- Add cup of water. Cover the lid cook it for 3-4 min on medium flame
- Now add kofta's and curd, mix well and cook 1 min more
- Serve with Hot fresh Paratha (bread)
