- Add the spinach, and milk and turn the heat to medium. Bring spinach to boil. Add the besan mixture and salt lower the flame let it cook for about 15-20 mints.
- Spinach curry should be thick batter consistency. Add chopped tomato cook for 1-2 mins switch off the gas.
- Seasoning -heat a small pan add 2t bsp ghee add cumin seeds and red chilli powder, add 2 tbsp water.
- Pour the seasoning over spinach curry.
