  1. Prepare 4 Boiled potato medium size
  2. Take 1 big size onion
  3. Take 1 big size tomato
  4. Prepare 3 green chillies
  5. Get 1 tbsp Oil
  6. Use to taste salt and Red chilli powder (lal mirch)
  7. Take 1/2 tsp p Coriander powder (dhaniya)
  8. Get pinch Asafoetida (hing)
  9. You need 1/2 tsp Turmeric (haldi)
  10. Provide 1/4 tsp Wray (rai/mustard seeds)
  11. Use 3 tsp Masala of pickle (any of your choice)
  12. You need 2 tsp Coriander leaves (for garnish)
Steps to make Achaari Aloo:
  1. Cut onion,tomato and green chillies into small pieces
  2. Take a pan and heat up 1 tbsp oil and add hing and rai on it
  3. Add chopped onion and cooked it for 5 min on normal flame
  4. Add tomato and green chillies and cook for 2 min on normal flame
  5. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder,haldi and salt in it and cook for 5 min in low flame
  6. Cut boiled potato into small cubes and add in it and add masala of any achaar (I add aam ke achaar ka masala) and mix well and cook for 5-6 min
  7. Add coriander leaves in it and serve it hot with paratha or puri
