- At first add all above mentioned ingredient of koftai in mince and crushed it on sill then add chopped onions and green chilli
- Now make balls and shallow fry them in oil and put aside
- Then in another pan add oil then onions and when they became golden brown put them out
- Then in the same oil add g.g paste and sabut garam masala now add all spices mention above
- Then put the yougert and fried onions in blender and add half cup water and blend
- Now add the mixture in the oil and then add koftai and potatoes,salt slices and then stir and add water almost 2glass cover until potatoes tenderized
