  1. Beetroot Kofta Recipe:- - 1. Mix well all the Ingredients to make a dough (shouldn’t be too hard) - 2. Now keep the batter aside for 30 minutes to rest. - 3. Heat the non-stick mould on a low-medium flame.
    1. Pour a spoonful of batter in each mould, cover the pan and let it cook. - 5. Cook till the outer surface becomes light brown and then turn kofta upside down using a fork so as to cook them from the other side as well. - 6. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more kofta.
