- Crack the eggs and blend it well in a bowl.
- Add the besan, grated coconut, chopped green chillies, half of the chopped onions, a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon ginger paste. Mix everything very well with a hand blender (or a spoon).
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and put one teaspoon of the batter.

- Add the tomato puree and cook it till the raw aroma of the tomato dissapears.
- Add some water and mix it very well.
- Bring it to boil. Add the salt for the gravy and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
- After you get the desired consistency of the gravy, add the garam masala powder. Mix it well.
- Add the koftas. Mix it well. Switch off the flame. Add the ghee.
- Serve hot with steamed rice by garnishing with the green chillies.
