  1. For Lauki Ke Kheer - Grate the Lauki and set aside. Boil the milk.
  2. When the milk is boiling add the grated Lauki and keep stirring for 15 mins on low flame. Add condensed milk and stir
  3. One can add sugar and I didn’t add. Add cardamoms and stir one more time. Set aside. Garnish with almonds
  4. For Sabudana Khichdi
  5. Soak Sabudana or Tapioca for 3-4 hours. Cut potatoes into small pieces
  6. In a wok heat ghee and stir fry the peanuts. Set aside
  7. In the same wok heat ghee and add potatoes and fry well. Set aside
  8. In the same wok heat more ghee and add cumin seeds, and add sabudana. Stir for 1-2 mins. Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies and sendha salt. Stir well. Add fried potatoes and peanuts and stir one more time. Set aside and enjoy
