  3. Jika memakai food processor seperti saya, Setelah mentega / margarin tercampur rata, pindah adonan ke meja/wadah uleni dengan tangan sampai kalis dan bisa dibentuk bulat. Tutup dengan plastik dan istirahatkan kurang lebih 30 menit.
  4. Setelah adonan mengembang 2x lipat, kempiskan adonan. Lalu bagi menjadi 6 bagian, bentuk bulat kecil-kecil.
  5. Panjangkan perbagian adonan dengan cara menggulingkan di atas meja sambil sedikit ditekan. Setelah memanjang, pilin kedua ujungnya dengan arah nerlawanan, lalu angkat, adonan akan membentuk kepang, rapikan. Istirahatkan selama 20 menit.
  6. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan. Ketika sudah panas, pasang api sedang saja. Goreng donat hingga kecoklatan, usahakan sekali balik saja. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  7. Tunggu agar donat tidak panas. Taburi dengan gula halus dan kayu manis bubuk. Donat kepang siap dicemil ๐Ÿ˜
