  1. Soak rice, toor dal, urad dal, bengal gram, red chilli, fennel seeds together about 3 hrs.

  4. Onion should not be over cooked.

  7. Add coorinder leaves and coconut to batter before making dosa. Adjust the salt.
  8. Heat the dosa tawa and pour the batter to make Dosas. Use gingerly oil or coconut oil or ghee to make dosa.
