  2. Aduk2 menggunakan mixer ato boleh dengan tangan ya pastikan bersih. Aduk2 hingga adonan Kalis ayo sampai atau sampai elastis kemudian bagi adonan menjadi dua bagian sama rata jadi 2 ato boleh ditimbang dan beri pewarana makan/ perasa
  3. Bagi adonan sama rata boleh ditimbang ini kalo sy bagi 30 gr.Bentuk2 bulat2 adonan kemudian pipihkan dn beri isian coklat dan bentuk bulatan lagi Lalu masukan kedalam loyang yg sudah diberi margarin ato kertas roti. Lalu Ulangi membentuk bulatan adonanhingga habis kemudian tutup adonan menggunakan plastik warp ato kain kedap kudara tunggu hingga kurg LBH 90 minute/ 11/2 jm setelah mengembang beri tpg terigu yg SDH Dayak untuk taburan diatasnya
  4. Siapkan oven panaskan kemudian masukkan adonan kedalam oven kurang lebih 25 minute menggunakan api atas bawah tunggu hingga matang kemudian setelah diam kan 10 minute dan baru keluarkan dari dalam loyang. Japanese bread siap untuk dinikmati ini enak soft lembut enak banget
