  6. Setelah minimal 30 menit, keluarkan adonan Pie dan gilas adonan kurang lebih setebal 1-2 mm. Masukkan kedalam loyang ukuran diameter 7 cm Tekan lembut sekeliling lingkaran bagian bawah rapihkan bagian atas pie. Tusuk tusuk adonan dengan garpu. Istirahatkan adonan selama 15 menit didalam frezzer.
  7. Setelah adonan setengah beku, keluarkan adonan. Letakkan baking paper di atas adonan, tuang beras diatas baking paper agar adonan tetap rata saat di panggang. Panggang di suhu 180 derajat selama 10 menit (Jangan lupa panaskan oven terlebih dahulu). Masukkan bahan isi kedalam Pie yang sudah di panggang setengah matang. Ratakan, tuang custard
  8. Panaskan oven. Panggang disuhu 180 derajat. Angkat. Sajikan
