- Selanjutnya siapkan bahan C. Kocok putih telur seperti akan membuat telur dadar, tambahkan seledri yang diiris tipis. Tuang di atas kuning telur pertama, kukus selama 5 menit atau sampai matang.
- Rebus bayam 4 menit, angkat tiriskan. Blender bahan B. Lalu tuang di atas lapisan putih telur, kukus selama 7 menit atau sampai matang. Angkat.
