Next, add the grated lauki and sauté well. - Sauté lauki till the moisture evaporates. - Subsequently, add the sugar, cardamom powder and green food colour. - Keep stirring till the halwa thickens. - Remove from fire and garnish with the caramelized almonds. Set Aside.
