  2. Panaskan panci / wajan, kl ada yg anti lengket, di api sedang. Masukkan susu, margarine & keju parut, aduk rata
  3. Setelah mendidih & keju larut, kecilkan api. Tambahkan tepung maizena yg sdh dilarutkan dgn air, aduk terus hingga mengental dan mulur. Masak hingga mendidih/keluar gelembung/meletup. Matikan kompor, ttp aduk hingga uap panas hilang.
  4. Siapkan toples/wadah, olesi dgn margarine/alasi dgn plastik wrap, tuang adonan keju kedalam wadah. Tunggu hingga bener2 dingin baru masukkan frezzer (sktr 1 - 2 jam) sampai set.
  5. Keluarkan adonan dr frezzer, kmdn potong2 dan siap digunakan.

  7. 🔵 penambahan margarine bertujuan spy keju yg dihasilkan lebih gurih, sesuaikan dgn selera. Pertimbangkan jg rasa asin keju cheddarnya. Apbl sudah ckp asin tdk perlu ditambahkan margarine. 🔵 Apbl menginginkan Mozzarella yg manis gurih bisa ditambahkan jg dgn Kental Manis secukupnya (2-3 sdm)
