- Blender/chooper kulit pisang hingga halus. Sisihkan.
- Campur tepung,susu bubuk,susu cair,telur,gula,fermipan,baking powder,baking soda lalu mixer dgn speed 2 sampai tercampur.
- Lalu masukan kulit pisang yang sudah di haluskan tadi. Mixer lagi sampai tercampur rata.
- Tambahkan margarin & garam lalu mixer lagi sampai kalis.
- Kemudian tutup adonan dengan plastik bersih/lap bersih. Diamkan 30 menit.
- Setelah mengembang. Kempiskan lahi dengan tangan dan uleni lagi. Lalu ambil 50gr adonan bulat2 kan letakan di atas alas yg sdh di taburi tepung. Diamkan 10 menit.
- Panaskan minyak di wajan dengan api sedang. Lalungoteng sampai kecoklatan. Balik sekali saja biar tdk menyerap bnyak minyak.
