- Provide 6 Tomato -
- Get 1 cup paneer grated

- Trim the eyes of tomato and core the center to make a cavity and remove the pulp.
- To make the stuffing- In a pan heat oil and add jeera, ginger garlic paste, onion, carrot,green chillies,corn, paneer (grated),red chilli,chat masala, hing and salt.
- Mix very well and switch off the heat.
- Now stuff each tomato cavity with the stuffing.
- To make the batter, combine together Gram flour, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,hing,salt, baking soda and 1/2 cup of water in a bowl.mix till a semi thick batter of coating consistency is formed.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Dip stuffed tomato in gram flour batter so that the tomatoes are fully covered with batter from all the sides.
- Now deep fry them on medium flame for 10 - 12 minutes.When they are cooked properly then take them out on a plate.
- Cut them into two pieces from the center and done.
- Tasty stuffed tomato bondas are ready.Serve with chutney or sauce.
