- In a pan/manchatti, cook finely chopped pineapple and chopped banana (nentrapazham) by adding turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green chilli and salt with water, when it cooked add cashews and grapes.
- Close and cook together, until it becomes tender and soft and all water is absorbed
- Meanwhile, grind grated coconut, jeera and green chilies to a fine paste.
- Add this grounded coconut paste to the cooked fruits and cook on low medium flame till it starts to boils. when it starts to boil, add sugar and mix well.
- Add yogurt; adjust the salt and sugar and mix together.
- Take a small pan, heat the coconut oil; and make the seasoning using mustard seeds, red chilli and curry leaves. Add this seasoning to the curry.
- Close and keep it for 10 mins before serving, so that the gravy absorbs all the flavors of fruits.
