  5. Tata adonan di atas nampan yang telah ditaburi tepung terigu. Jangan rapat jaraknya agar donat tidak saling menempel ketika mengembang.
  6. Istirahatkan donat selama 20-30 menit (bisa lebih/kurang). Tutup kembali dg plastik wrap atau kain. Intinya, kalau donat sudah mengembang 2x lipat segera goreng. Jangan kelamaan dan sampai overproofing, karena nanti hasilnya donat akan mengempes.
  7. Goreng donat dengan minyak banyak dg api sedang cenderung kecil. Sekali balik saja ketika menggoreng. Setelah donat dingin, beri topping sesuai selera. Saya pakai glaze, cokelat leleh, dan keju. Selamat mencoba ๐Ÿ˜‰
