- Dalam sebuah baskom campur terigu, air garam, mentega aduk rata lalu uleni hingga kalis. Kemudian tambahkan sedikit minyak uleni lagi sambil dibanting-banting hingga adonan kalis dan elastis.
- Setelah adonan kalis elastis beri minyak untuk merendam adonan biarkan 1/2 jam. Dan kulit martabak siap digunakan.
- Cara buat sambal petis : uleg bawang putih, cabe rawit, garam dan gula. Siapkan petis dan kecap manis.
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum lalu tambahkan air secukupnya aduk rata. Kemudian masukkan petis dan kecap manis, aduk rata kembali dan koreksi rasanya. Dan sambal petis siap digunakan.
- Cara buat martabak : ambil secukupnya adonan kulit lalu taruh di atas piring seng/ baskom almunium yg telah diolesi sedikit minyak goreng.
