  16. You need 20 buah cabe merah keriting
  17. You need 10 buah cabe rawit merah
  18. You need 2 siung bawang putih
  19. You need 1/2 sdt terasi bubuk
  20. Provide secukupnya garam
  21. Use Secukupnya gula
  22. Use Secukupnya cuka
  23. Use 250 ml air
  24. Prepare Bahan lain
  25. Take Daun pisang
  26. Provide Minyak bawang utk olesan choipan
  27. Get Minyak sayur utk oles kukusan
Steps to make Choipan:
  1. Pertama untuk bahan isi, tumis bawang putih hingga harum, lalu masukkan ebi aduk sebentar, kemudian bengkuang dan wortel. Tambahkan garam, lada dan kaldu jamur. Masak hingga matang namun jgn overcooked spy ttp kriuk. Sisihkan.

  3. Utk mencetak kulit choipan ambil sedikit adonan. Lalu alasi adonan dgn lembaran plastik, pipihkan setipis mungkin. Cetak bulat biar rapi. Sebelumnya lumuri tangan dengan sagu. Ambil adonan kulit kemudian isi adonan, lipat setengah lingkaran. Tekan bagian tepinya perlahan sampe terkunci.
  4. Panaskan kukusan lalu kukus choipan dan alasi kukusan dgn daun pisang. Sebelumnya lumuri daun pisang dgn minyak. Kukus slama 8 menit kemudian angkat dan ketika panas lgs taburi dgn bawang putih goreng minyaknya.
  5. Untuk sambal haluskan cabe merah keriting, cabe rawit merah, bawang putih. Rebus air, masukkan cabe halus dan terasi. Masak dgn api kecil sampe mendidih dan mengental. Matikan api. Beri secukupnya garam, gula, cuka putih. Koreksi rasa.
