- Nyalakan api, masak adonan hijau sambil terus diaduk sampai adonan kental dan meletup-letup, matikan api. Tuang panas-panas adonan hijau ke dalam gelas plastik yg didalamnya sudah ada kinca gula merahnya, sisihkan.
- Lapisan putih: campur jadi satu santan, garam dan gula pasir, aduk rata. Kemudian masukkan tepung beras dan tapioka sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk sampai rata dan tidak bergerindil. Tambahkan daun pandan, kmdn masak sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
- Setelah adonan mendidih dan mulai berat, buang daun pandan. Masak terus sampai adonan kental dan meletup-letup, matikan api. Tuang panas-panas adonan putih diatas adonan hijau
