  5. Panaskan cetakan kue Lumpur. Olesi dengan sedikit minyak goreng.TIPS TUANG: Dengan jarak tuang yang tinggi, minimal 25 cm, tuangi tipis2 adonan, secara acak atau dengan gerakan memutar searah jarum jam. Bagian yang cekung, diisi adonan lebih banyak. Lihat gambar. TIPS: Gunakan api besar HANYA pada AWALAN, ketika proses memanggang, gunakan api yang kecil saja,supaya tidak mudah gosong.
