- Use 8 buah roti tawar
- Provide Lapisan pertama :

- Prepare 1 buah kentang (100gram)

Steps to make Inkigayo Sandwich:
- Siapkan bahan-bahan yang diperlukan, lalu cuci bersih. Lapisan pertama : Rebus telur hingga matang, angkat dan masukkan dalam air es agar lebih mudah mengupas kulitnya.
- Potong-potong kentang lalu rebus di air mendidih hingga matang(saya mengukus kentangnya). Lakukan tes tusuk dengan sumpit untuk memastikan kentang sudah matang dan empuk. Selagi hangat kupas kulit kentang(bisa gunakan pinset ya saat mengupas agar tangan tidak kepanasan). Pindahkan kentang yang sudah dikupas dalam wadah. Lalu haluskan menggunakan garpu. Masukkan telur yang sudah dikupas ke dalam kentang halus. Kemudian haluskan juga dengan garpu, aduk rata.
- Potong kedua ujung mentimun. Bagi menjadi 4 bagian kemudian iris tipis, taburkan garam secukupnya, aduk hingga rata. Pindahkan irisan timun pada serbet bersih, lalu peras hingga airnya keluar.
- Masukkan irisan timun yang sudah diperas kedalam campuran telur dan kentang. Tambahkan mayonaise, garam dan lada bubuk. Aduk hingga rata.
- Lapisan ketiga : Iris halus memanjang kubis/kol, sisihkan. Panggang crab stick sebentar diatas pan (jika suka bisa langsung campur saja). Lalu potong-potong memanjang.
- Campur crab stick dengan irisan kubis/kol. Tambahkan mayonaise dan saus sambal. Bisa juga tambahkan saus tomat(saya membuat versi dengan saus tomat untuk anak-anak).
- Tata roti yang sudah dihilangkan kulitnya, secara berurutan: olesi roti dengan lapisan pertama hingga rata. Kemudian tutup dengan roti tanpa kulit. Olesi roti dengan lapisan kedua, yaitu selai strawberry hingga rata. Tutup kembali menggunakan roti tanpa kulit. Kemudian olesi dengan lapisan ketiga hingga rata. Tutup kembali menggunakan roti tanpa kulit.
- Bungkus roti menggunakan plastik wrap sambil ditekan-tekan agar setiap lapis menempel kuat (jika tidak ada plastik wrap bisa menggunakan plastik biasa/plastik sekg an yang digunting lebar).
- Setelah dirasa cukup menempel, potong sandwich menjadi dua bagian.
- Sajikan inkigayo sandwich bersama susu.
